• A deposit will hold a foal until weaning or a horse until transport. 
• $150.00 will hold a horse that is under 1,000 and $250.00 will hold a horse that is over $1,000.
• Once a deposit is accepted we no longer offer that animal for sale, therefore all deposits are nonrefundable.
• After purchasing 
  an animal we request that you take possession within 2 weeks of sale or weaning unless other arrangements have been made at the time of sale.
• If the animal is not picked up by the date specified at the time of sale, boarding fees may be charged.  If time exceeds 90 days, the sale may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
• Please inspect the animal you are purchasing at the time of sale.  Animals are sold as is.  If you would like to double-check our measurement you can bring your stick or borrow ours.
• Local delivery can be arranged upon request.
• Fee for out of town delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale.
